ANOTHER TRICARE ISSUE WHILE 7MOS PREGNANT!!!? - tricare car

In here in Korea in the next 10 months. My wife is in California, 7 Months pregnant. She lives about 50 miles from Travis Air Force Base. We rely TRICARE Prime and refuses to an off-base civilian gyn-whether because of their life in the area of the foundations to enable the "medical care". I have great concern about the 50 miles ride to the office of doctors to the base hospital this afternoon of her pregnancy. God forbid, what happens to you while on the road, stapling or problems with the car. what the people need not speak, understand, do not go that long journey to work? What procedures should be taken to obtain information about? It must really be in a better position.
