I've never worked in one.
But my dog is now in one. They have separated 3 games on and off for small dogs, medium dogs and large dogs. They also have a separate race for dogs that do not play too well in groups throughout the day. My dog loves it.
Although now not with a lot of fun, lol. It is usually carried out separately in the MAI, it is not good neutered humping other dogs (as I raise a poodle ... hahahaha kidding think! - Who is neutered this month to it), so until he his hump -a-thon is not allowed in a group the whole time. Many dogs get out Pisssed and employees are worried that will hurt ... although I think the lesson was not learned until one of them he has.

I have a rock-climbing I like the surroundings: 2 separate rooms for large and small dogs with different backgrounds, large game room with a few things and jump. Odors and clean air, the dog wags his tail and play with them when I have a POP in research. Well, my son of 9 months of hell take care of themselves, but I do not feel good about this lady, she is obviously unhappy in their work. But all the dogs looked good and I love the implementation.
I worked in one, it was terrible. I actually started to inform people, one bet where the dogs more exercise and the owner of the place was not easy to save money. I was forced to talk to customers, disinfect the slopes and bowls, washing a dog, and if the owner does not play and then we walk the dogs all day!
I would look for one that has a good atmosphere, which advises the people, with a spacious quiet room for older people / dogs lowest. The girls who worked there were friends and my dogs love it. The advantage of this place was that it was much more personal for dogs twelve fifty-nine nursing andthey were not so busy trying to clean, which otherwise could not do.
I never put my dog daycare, DG, when it's the last resort, but I heard that the dog day care in the United States at a level higher than the UK, if true, that he could not say.
