If I am 67 kg/150lbs how long will it take to lose 15 lbs/7-8 kg with excercise? - body pump how long to see results

How long will you realize the weight loss and muscle tone? I had it for about 3 weeks to go to the gym 4-5 times a week and a healthy diet. It all depends on your body and how we continue with the exercise, but you should be able to see a difference already, if not before. I also know that in addition to bury lose fat and weight, you can build muscle and gain of Wight, but it's good and healthy, because more muscle burns more calories!

There is nothing wrong with the meat, I lost a lot of fat and eat lots of meat. Low fat is based on false and has been unmasked. If you wish to lose weight, stay away from sugar and white flour. So do some weight lifting.
