I'd like to invest in a REIT, but am not sure how to go about it, any suggestions? - top performing reits
Would not it be more advantageous to invest in a REIT fund is diversification? Or am I somewhere find a list of REITs with better performance and selection of individual securities?

Check Vanguard REIT Index Fund. It is a good way to diversify the REIT market are not well correlated with the stock market. And mutual funds are more diversified than individual values.
