The more you breathe, I began to feel more pain in the chest, especially of the heart. (Pain from my ribs on the left side). This happens sometimes. After a minute the pain goes away. And after a few days, weeks or longer, then turns and stops again, etc. etc. etc.
I want to know the cause of the pain, how can I avoid that if this warning to heart attack. More information would be great. Thank you!

In your heart? Or in the lungs through the heart? If this happens when you breathe is likely that their lungs, but ask your doctor about the case. It appears that you lashes fibrosis of the lining of the lungs, sometimes described together and create a "ripping" feeling. It is for many people.
Only a doctor can answer your question .. Do not hesitate, it could be too many things, but also could be the precursor to a heart attack. It is better to be safe then sorry
Nothing to mess with when it comes to the heart. Get checked out, possibly just tired, or have more than one nerve.
